Yes, all of our nail professionals are fully licensed in the state of Florida and carry up-to-date liability insurance to ensure safety and quality.
How do I book an appointment?

You can book an at-home service in two ways:

  • Online: Visit our website, choose your location, select the service you need, and if preferred, pick a specific nail professional.
  • Call/Text: You can also contact our office via phone or text, and our concierge will assist you in scheduling your appointment or finding additional availability if your desired time is unavailable online.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
We recommend finding a well-lit, comfortable spot in your home with a table and two chairs for your appointment. Don’t worry about spills—our professionals bring acetone-proof mats to protect your surfaces. Outdoor services are available for classic nail polish procedures.
Can I book multiple nail techs at the same time?
Yes, you can book two or more professionals to speed up your service or accommodate multiple clients. We also offer group bookings for larger gatherings.
Can I request a specific nail pro?
Yes, you can browse our team page and request a specific nail professional based on the services you need.
What nail services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of nail services, including classic and spa manicures and pedicures, gel polish, dip services, acrylic full sets, apres nails, and nail art. We also provide express, last-minute fixes for a small travel fee. Check out our full service menu and pricing by clicking [here].
Do you offer Russian-style manicures?

No, we do not provide Russian-style manicures, as we believe these should only be performed in a salon setting for safety reasons.

Do you offer medical pedicures?

No, we do not offer medical nail services or treat ingrown toenails. However, we offer specialized diabetic pedicures. Please request this service when booking.

How does payment and gratuity work?

Once we confirm a professional and schedule your appointment, we collect a 100% deposit to secure your booking. You can add gratuity during the booking process or tip your service provider after the service is completed.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy of 6 hours. If you cancel or reschedule less than 6 hours before your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made more than 6 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund (minus 3.9% processing fees) or 100% of your payment can be applied toward future services.

What if I am running late, or the service provider is late?
  • If you are late: Up to 15-20 minutes, the service can still be performed. If you are late by half of your appointment’s duration, only half the service will be performed, but you will still be charged for the full service. In some cases, the service may be shortened, such as a polish change instead of a full manicure.
  • If the provider is late: If they are up to 20 minutes late, the full service can still be performed. If they are more than 30 minutes late, you have the right to cancel, reschedule, or request a full refund.
